Redcliffe Peninsular Chamber of Commerce – Key Strategies to identify & find your ideal customers @ Mon Komo Hotel
Oct 1 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Do you collect any of the following information on your customers? Location, Age, Gender, What they Purchased, Income, Profession, How they found you?

If you do collect any of this information what are you doing with it, is it in multiple places and not consolidated or is it simply tucked away somewhere as you don’t know what to do with it. Maybe someone once told you, you should be collecting it but you have no idea of the next step.

Your customers are your most important asset and knowing them closely gives you a big edge over your competitors. If used correctly you can leverage the data within your business to retain and resell to your existing customers, find more like them and grow your business through expansion while minimising your risk.

At our next event, learn the 4 Key strategies that will help you identify you customer attributes and develop your customer avatar. Learn about techniques to identify and gather data and interpret it to create a clear picture of your customers and why they buy from you.

In particular we are going to be focussing on;
– The three types of data and what each means
– How to gather the data you need
– Where to store your data and the importance of a single point
of truth
– How to select what is important and what isn’t for your
business

By attending this workshop you will have the skills to gather the data that you need, know how to store it and understand what to do with it.

Most importantly you will know how to leverage that knowledge to reach more customers and take your business to the next level

Our speaker –

At our next event you are going to be hearing about the amazing achievements of our local high schools, that compete on the global stage and are leading the charge of innovation.

Firstly, Grace College is proud to be a partner with FIRST® Australia and Macquarie University in offering world class Robotics facilities, training and tournaments to students of the College and the wider community.

Each year the College hosts FIRST® LEGO League for Northern Brisbane which sees over 1000 students and parents from teams all over Australia converge on our Rothwell campus for the tournament day in November. The College is also home to the prestigious FIRST® Tech Challenge for the entire state of Queensland.

Secondly, Redcliffe State High School is part of The F1 in Schools™ Technology Challenge, the world’s largest secondary school technology program. It involves over nine million students from 17,000 schools in 31 nations.

Each year the program engages more than 40,000 high school students in Australia and delivers industry-standard technology into schools which is made available to a further 300,000 students outside the program.

Students as young as 10 are designing, testing and making miniature F1™ cars capable of 80km/h. But it is not about fast cars. F1 in Schools™ is a holistic action learning program which focuses on developing long term employability skills. Students learn leadership, team building, project management, business planning, public speaking, marketing, collaboration, writing and presentation skills.

We will also be holding our AGM.
