Victor Nicholls is the Co-Founder and CEO of MacroGIS, an innovative software company that helps small business owners reach their sales and service delivery goals by focusing on their existing data to gain maximum market share. He is also a Digital Advisor for the Australian Small Business Advisory Service helping small business owners enter and manage their digital footprint and drive success.
He is also Co-Founder of Rusty’s Brewing Company an independent brewery in the Sandgate area and has served on the board of the Redcliffe Peninsula Chamber of Commerce for the last three years.
Victor is a passionate advocate for the small business community and understands the uniqueness of what drives and motivates owners to succeed.

Firstly, Grace College is proud to be a partner with FIRST® Australia and Macquarie University in offering world class Robotics facilities, training and tournaments to students of the College and the wider community.
Each year the College hosts FIRST® LEGO League for Northern Brisbane which sees over 1000 students and parents from teams all over Australia converge on our Rothwell campus for the tournament day in November. The College is also home to the prestigious FIRST® Tech Challenge for the entire state of Queensland.
Secondly, Redcliffe State High School is part of The F1 in Schools™ Technology Challenge, the world’s largest secondary school technology program. It involves over nine million students from 17,000 schools in 31 nations.
Each year the program engages more than 40,000 high school students in Australia and delivers industry-standard technology into schools which is made available to a further 300,000 students outside the program.
Students as young as 10 are designing, testing and making miniature F1™ cars capable of 80km/h. But it is not about fast cars. F1 in Schools™ is a holistic action learning program which focuses on developing long term employability skills. Students learn leadership, team building, project management, business planning, public speaking, marketing, collaboration, writing and presentation skills.
