Leadership in a male dominated industry

…I spent the next 7 years working there and enjoying Cape Town – yes riding racehorses at execise as well as windsurfing ( new passion! ) I met my husband there and we married but saw the writing on the wall and emigrated to Australia where we set up our own business as an Electroplating Supply House in Brisbane.

17 years later we sold our very successful business and retired to Bribie Island and still being young and active I decided that I need to do something so joined VMR never in my wildest dreams thinking that I would land up as the head of the squadron.
